The turnaround time was great (5 hours), but the quality was terrible. The paper it was printed on was great, but the image was jagged, almost pixellated, even though I uploaded a very high resolution image. That wasn't what disappointed me most though -- the print had several bends in it from being held carelessly and there was actually a piece of food or something stuck to print! I guess you get what you pay for.
